South American Cuisine and Immersive Dining at INCA

“Inca’s menu is focussed around
Latin flavours, heat, texture, fire, life, sharing and joy”

Bringing elevated dining together with showstopping entertainment, INCA has quickly established itself as one of the West End’s prime jaunts for an evening of grown-up fun, fabulous food and expertly mixed cocktails.

Situated on Argyll Street in the heart of Soho, INCA is the brainchild of Nathanael Dadoun and Marc Merran who have embodied the passion of South America through the innovative food, ambience and décor of the restaurant.

Very much a nighttime venue, one descends into INCA down a grand, winding staircase adorned with bougie Brazillianesque tiles into the vivid restaurant and night lounge. Diners are sat around a centre stage which is the main focal point for the entertainment INCA has become synonymous with and this really sets the tone for the magical South American inspired show that runs throughout the night.

The space is designed with the flagship performance in mind, guests can expect to enjoy a star-studded cast of resident singers, dancers and gymnasts alongside world-renowned DJ appearances and surprises throughout the night whilst enjoying culinary delights curated by Head Chef Davide Alberti.

Encapsulating South American dishes with the modern flair of Japanese Peruvian flavours, Alberti has created an eclectic menu of unique plates blending traditional cooking techniques with contemporary twists to suit the environment of the venue.

Devised into different plates, the menu is easy to navigate and to really get a taste for Alberti’s signature flavours it’s best to share a few dishes from each section ranging across Ceviches, Tacos and Tiraditos to larger plates of meat and fish.

Start with the Mandarin Ceviche and the delectable Yellowtail Tiradito served with an aguachile puree, the Meat Taco with Beef Cheek, onion crisp and truffle mayo is also a particular favourite to create an appetite for the exquisite food to come.

Of the larger plates, one is spoilt for choice with exquisitely executed dishes made from the finest ingredients and enviably fine cuts of meat. Signature dishes include the insta-worthy Nachos with Handpicked Crab, a surprisingly hearty dish and perfect as a light meat option, you also can’t go wrong with the Fried Baby Squid which is accompanied by an addictive Aji Amarillo mayo.

South American BBQ is also championed through the Asado dishes, large plates of Beef Fillet, T-Bone and Tomahawk all cut from prime beef of the highest quality and cooked full of flavour.

For those who enjoy fish, the Black Cod is a must and the Cauliflower Steak is an enjoyable vegetarian dish for something wholesome and with a modern flair.

Complement your meal and dance the night away as the night progresses with one of INCA’s house cocktails, ranging from South American Classics to cocktails expertly created by master mixologists, the Night Lounge serves extremely satisfying blends sure to please the finest of cocktail connoisseurs.

Try the refreshing Hotel Nacional with fruity flavours of pineapple and lime juice mixed with Santiago de Cuba and the picture-perfect Toque de Mandarina, Machu Pisco with tangerine sherbet, lemon juice, Tonka and egg white.

With the upbeat feel of this wonderful place and the incredible food on offer, it’s very easy to fall in love with INCA and it’s sure to be a firm fixture at the top of one’s little black book.
