In a nod to its everlasting ties with travel, Bicester Village has opened a pop up devoted to holiday wear and summer-ready essentials.
Perfectly timed to coincide with the reopening of borders across the world as sunseekers gear up for their belated trips to the likes of Mykonos and Tulum as well as stocking a capsule of staycation ready pieces for those making the most of the UK as lockdown eases.
Housed in a cosmopolitan beach inspired space, the pop up, namely Barefoot Chic plays host to more than twenty designers and runs until the end of August. Quite literally designed to evoke a holiday itself, one steps inside the shimmering space to be surrounded by summery shades of pinks and golds against bohemian furnishing and décor.
Transporting vacation-ready shoppers through a vibrant oasis of the likes of Mary Katrantzou, Heidi Klein and Mira Mikati, the space offers its guests everything from jet-set luggage by Globe Trotter to Sophia Webster’s iconic butterfly sandals all under one roof, and at very enticing discounts.
Barefoot Chic also sees the addition of new brands to the Village with Vilshenko and Catherine Prevost’s iconic capsules made available at Bicester for the first time alongside village favourites popping up in the space.
Bicester Village has also introduced a range of shopping protocols designed to make your visit as safe as possible whilst retaining the luxury experience it is so well renowned for. Digital queue management, virtual personal shopping and e-hands free shopping are just some of the newly introduced measures to ensure a seamless visit for avid shoppers.
