As it marks its 21st anniversary, the iconic Nikki Beach group of glam beach clubs, hotels, resorts and its eponymous fashion brand are set to play host to an array of partnerships and new experiences this summer for the well-heeled, post-pandemic traveller.
Having started off as a seaside retreat in Miami, Nikki Beach has since become a household name synonymous with having locations across the jet-set’s choice of holiday hotspots with St Tropez, Marbella and Monte Carlo to name a few.
Notably one of the most celebrated beach clubs in its ever-growing portfolio is Nikki Beach Ibiza which takes centre stage on the party island with a coveted spot in the glitzy Santa Eulalia. Accessible by taxi or private yacht, this beachfront oasis showcases everything Nikki Beach is so well renowned for from lush sunbeds by the pool, themed events, live DJ’s and innovative dining.
This year, the Ibiza outpost has elevated its offering with highlights including a newly launched a la carte brunch menu which explores flavours from all over the world and sees meals prepared at live cooking stations and at the tables of diners. Another culinary offering for summer is the club and restaurant’s KM0 lunch experience, a weekly menu served on Wednesdays with ingredients locally sourced from Ibiza’s Terra Masia farm.
Those dining in the restaurant can enjoy the panoramic views of the Balearic sea whilst feasting on a menu of sharing platters and plates ranging from sushi and salads to heartier main courses. With its Instagram-worthy presentation and variety of dishes from around the world, one can quickly be left feeling spoilt for choice and so it is best to share a few dishes around the table to get a flavour of the menu. The Jack Daniel’s smoked beef tartar really hits the spot with its Jack’s dressing and the finest hand-cut beef and the sushi pizzetta is also a must-try with its mix of salmon, tuna and mango.
For mains, as the name might suggest, the Sexy Salad looks almost too good to eat and certainly doesn’t disappoint, it brings lobster, shrimp and crab meat all in a salad with a tasty spicy mayonnaise dressing. And one simply can’t visit Nikki Beach without indulging in a portion of its namesake famous chicken satay, expertly cooked sesame marinated chicken strips with a to-die-for spicy peanut sauce.
Very much at the pinnacle of Ibiza’s vibrant party scene, Nikki Beach remains the go-to for sunseekers and lovers of its tropical ambience and hedonistic flair. Situated adjacently to the ME Ibiza Hotel, the club is host to daily events and some of the island’s most coveted DJ’s – and this all goes hand-in-hand with the cocktails curated by expert mixologists and some of the best fine dining on the island.
Open between May and October for the season, Nikki Beach Ibiza is open daily between 11 am and 8 pm, reservations for the loungers, beds and restaurants are strongly advised.
