Perfectly timed for the peak of summer, Marylebone hotspot 28°-50° has curated a seasonal Rosé menu for the month of August.
Taking a privileged spot just a stone’s throw from Oxford Street, the artisan wine workshop and restaurant has become a favourite amongst the Marylebone set and is best known for its extensive offering of over thirty wines by the glass and innovative European menus.
As part of the Rosé menu which is best enjoyed al fresco on the terrace, guests can also enjoy a bottle of the popular Les Agasses Rosé with the option to also upgrade to a magnum option for those really looking to make an evening or afternoon of it.
Produced by renowned Chateau Val Joanis, the wine is a refreshing mix of Syrah and Grenache grapes making it well-suited to the offering of dishes under the direction of Executive Chef Julien Baris.
Thoughtfully paired, Baris has designed a menu of sharing plates to go with the Rosé ranging from 28°-50°’s famed Truffle Arancini with truffle mayo through to Salmon Ceviche and Burrata, all complementary to the wine.
Served as four courses the menu opens with small bites and starters which include a flavoursome Thai Salad with grapefruit, cucumber and fresh coconut and mains which feature a delectable serving of Black Olive Polenta that does quite hit the spot.
Top it all off with one of the desserts with a choice of either Eton Mess, Lemon Posset or Strawberry Tartelette and you’ll be set for summer.
